Transport Supervisor – Planning & Compliance | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Location: Old Dalby, Leicestershire (relocating to new premises) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Job Type: Full Time, Permanent | 9am - 5pm, with flexibility on hours for the right candidate An established Midlands distribution business is relocating to a new site in Old Dalby, and is looking for a Transport Supervisor to join at an exciting point of growth and take ownership of its transport planning desk. This is a genuine step-up opportunity for an experienced Transport Planner or junior Transport Manager ready to move into a supervisory role, managing a team of three direct reports and acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day transport decisions. The business runs an extended operating day, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable overseeing planners working staggered shifts and ensuring a smooth handover between them.
