Transport Supervisor

Transport Supervisor St Neots circa £36,000 + Benefits Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm Keep Transport Moving. Lead from the Front. We're recruiting for an experienced Transport Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in St Neots. The Role * Supervise the day-to-day transport operation * Support route planning and driver scheduling * Lead, motivate and manage a team of drivers * Ensure compliance with Drivers' Hours, WTD and Operator Licence requirements * Monitor vehicle utilisation and delivery performance * Liaise with customers, drivers and the warehouse to ensure service levels are achieved * Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively * Promote a positive health & safety culture What We're Looking For * Previous experience within a transport or logistics supervisory role * Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment * Experience within a pallet network operation is highly desirable * National CPC qualification desirable but not essential * Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems What's On Offer * £36,000 salary * Monday to Friday working (7:00am - 4:00pm) * Stable, long-term opportunity * Supportive team environment * Career development opportunities If you're an organised Transport Supervisor looking for your next challenge with a successful logistics business, apply today.
