Join us as our Transport Team Manager , based in our Emerald Park, Bristol depot for our customer Sainsburys !

This is a full time, permanent position with 37.5 hours contracted per week. Working hours are any 5 days out of 7, working on a rotational shift of 06:00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00.

What youll do on a typical day:
Lead and inspire a team of Transport Clerks and Drivers, reporting into the Transport Shift Manager
Motivate your team to hit targets and deadlines through clear guidance, coaching, and support
Drive operational performance by achieving daily and weekly KPIs using transport management systems
Ensure a first-class service while maintaining full compliance with legal, licence, and regulatory requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in a transport environment, with unionised experience a plus
Strong understanding of transport systems, driver management tools, and relevant legislation
Confident people leader with excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Skilled at building stakeholder relationships and influencing performance through accountability and ownership
