About the role

This role is for a senior Solicitor specializing in wills, trusts and probate work. It is primarily based at the Royston office. The successful candidate will be expected to handle complex private client matters independently while also taking on supervisory responsibilities for at least one junior Solicitor or Trainee. There may be scope for further expansion of the role depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage wills, trusts and probate cases independently
  • Supervise and mentor junior Solicitors or Trainees within the team
  • Contribute to growing the private client practice across multiple offices
  • Ensure high standards of client service are maintained
  • Participate in developing best practices as the firm modernizes
