Contract Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Afternoons (14:00 – midnight), 45 hours per week, 5 shifts over 7 including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor during twilight shift, ensuring great availability standards and key metrics and KRAs through routine and process.


• Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards, create a culture of customer focus and sales, and achieve high basket size.


• Ensure the shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to the night team.


• Listen with empathy, drive resilience, encourage ownership, focus, and passion, bringing the “Asdaness” to work every day.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.


• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands‑on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.


• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.


• Strong customer service focus.


• Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.
