Two-Site Supply Chain Leader: S&OP & Planning

DS Smith is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead Customer Services and Planning across two manufacturing sites in the UK. You will oversee S&OP, demand and capacity planning, and inventory management to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.

You will manage a team of about 10, mentor two direct reports, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Sales, Operations and Engineering to balance service levels with costs.
