UK Benefits & Wellbeing Strategy Lead

EY is seeking a UK Benefits Manager to shape and deliver our employee benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across Reward, Pensions, Wellbeing and Talent. You will analyse data, benchmark markets and lead strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience while supporting EY's business objectives.
