UK Commercial Counsel — Privacy, IP & Compliance

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Deputy Legal Counsel to support the UK region, based in London. The role focuses on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and strategic legal advice to enable business growth.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise on UK laws, manage data protection matters, and partner with sales, procurement, HR and product teams to minimize risk and drive commercial outcomes.
