UK Head of Production: Meat Processing & Quality

The Nutriment Company is seeking a Head of Production to lead UK operations at our Laverstoke Park Farm site, reporting to the VP Operations UK. This hands-on leadership role requires deep meat processing expertise, a strong focus on hygiene, quality systems, and cost discipline across shifts.

You will own the full production picture—from planning and throughput to people management and continuous improvement—aligning with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance to deliver a best-in-class
