What you'll be doing No two days are the same, but you could be: Supporting teachers to deliver engaging lessons Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils Helping children build confidence, independence and a love of learning Supporting pupils with additional learning or SEND needs Encouraging positive behaviour and creating an inclusive classroom Becoming a trusted adult who makes every school day a little brighter Who we're looking for We're looking for enthusiastic graduates who are keen to make a difference. You'll ideally have: A degree in any subject A positive, proactive attitude Excellent communication skills A genuine interest in education and child development The confidence to build positive relationships with children and school staff Previous experience working with children is helpful but isn't essential.
