Unqualified Teacher Prospero Teaching is recruiting confident and motivated Unqualified Teachers to work in schools across the Winchester area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong classroom experience who are looking to take the next step in their education career and gain valuable teaching experience. As an Unqualified Teacher, you will lead classes, deliver pre‑planned lessons, support pupil progress, and maintain a positive learning environment. We work with a range of primary schools, secondary schools, and specialist SEN settings, offering opportunities to suit a variety of experience and interests. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, tutors, sports coaches, graduates, and aspiring teachers looking to develop their classroom skills and build experience before pursuing teacher training.
