The Role As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will: * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND. * Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. * Promote communication, confidence, independence and positive behaviour. * Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team. * Help create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment.
