This is your opportunity to join a highly skilled restoration team in a state-of-the-art facility in Daventry, where traditional craftsmanship meets cutting-edge automotive engineering. As an Automotive Trimmer, you'll play a key role in creating bespoke interiors and precision-finished vehicles that are truly one of a kind. Working alongside experienced craftsmen and technicians, you'll help produce world-class automotive restorations where every stitch, panel, and finish matters. As an Automotive Trimmer, your responsibilities will include: Interior trim installation, assembly, and fitment to exacting quality standards. Stripping, rebuilding, and aligning exterior trim and body panels where required. Basic sewing and hand-stitching to support high-quality interior craftsmanship. Previous experience as a Trim Technician or Vehicle Trimmer. Experience working within luxury automotive, restoration, coachbuilding, classic vehicles, or motorsport environments. Strong knowledge of fitting and working with leather, textiles, Alcantara and composite materials (carbon fibre experience advantageous). Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. A flexible approach and willingness to work overtime when required. Monday to Friday day shifts with an early finish every Friday. Join a supportive team of highly skilled automotive craftsmen.
