Due to growth, we are looking for dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our awesome team of efficient and effective staff.Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with complex learning difficulties? Do you have a passion to: work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others 1:1help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulationwork alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learningcelebrate progress in small steps?You will need think on your feet, as no two days are the same, and have a genuine desire and motivation to improve the lives of young people with SEND.
