US Lead Generation Executive | High-Impact Prospecting

Flourish is seeking a driven Lead Generation Executive to fuel growth in the US market from our Stafford hub. You will identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, research and relationship building, creating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

This role combines strategy and outreach, leveraging CRM tools and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline. You'll report to the Business Development team and have a clear pathway into further development within the company.
