Vehicle Prepper Droitwich Full Time - 40 hours £14.50 plus overtime premium About the role of Vehicle Prepper: The main purpose of the role is to prepare surfaces for various paint and coatings applications. Contract and Benefits of Vehicle Prepper: - Temp - Perm contract - with full time contract offered after successful completion of 3 month probation Monday - Friday role Weekday and weekend overtime available Working hours 40 - Mon-Fri 0730 - 1600 Onsite free parking Canteen and local amenities Pension enrolment Upto £14.50 ph Private medical insurance Core responsibilities of a Vehicle Prepper: Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed Clean any contaminants, such as rust and dirt, using abrasive blasting equipment or other hand tools, ensuring smooth surface finishes to maximize adherence to protective coatings Apply standards and perform tasks independently, while coordinating with a team of coating application operatives Ensure adherence to safety protocols Maintaining and cleaning equipment Maintaining and enhancing the appearance of the parts Any other duties which may be reasonable required Key Skills required for vehicle prepper: Previous commercial vehicle prepping Previous experience with hand tools Shot blasting experience desirable Strong attention to details Ability to work on own initiative Self-motivated and organised If you wish to apply for the role of vehicle prepper, send in your CV and cover letter and a consultant will provide initial feedback within 24 hours of submission.
