We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestigious main dealership located in Evesham, Worcestershire. Benefits of a Vehicle Technician: Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on skills and experience On-target earnings approximately £41,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme and additional company benefits Ongoing industry-specific training and professional development Opportunity to work on prestigious vehicle brands in a modern workshop Monday to Friday working hours, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rotaDuties of a Vehicle Technician: Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear Conduct fault diagnosis and testing of faulty parts Support the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and skills Contribute to ensuring high quality standards within the workshop environment Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment Support the development of technical skills through training and professional developmentRequirements of a Vehicle Technician: IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent Significant experience working within automotive workshops Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points MOT licence, hybrid vehicle technology experience, and familiarity with VAG vehicles are desirable but not essential Motivated team player with a high standard of workmanship Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy dealership environmentThis Vehicle Technician role offers a competitive package with excellent career progression opportunities.
