Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician position based in Worcester, Worcestershire. Benefits of a Vehicle Technician: Basic salary up to £35,000 OTE up to £38,000 plus performance-related bonuses Additional company benefits Manufacturer training and development programmes Long-term career progression opportunities within a main dealer Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, plus Saturdays on a rota basisDuties of a Vehicle Technician: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment Complete routine vehicle inspections and health checks Utilise manufacturer standards to maintain high workmanship quality Maintain health and safety standards during all repair activities Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet service targetsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician: Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification – essential Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or similar environment Experience working on electric vehicles and high-voltage systems is highly desirable Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work methodically and efficiently under pressure Full UK driving licenceIf you are a qualified Vehicle Technician seeking a role within a forward-thinking dealership that values development and quality work, this opportunity is ideal.
