realistic earning opportunity of between £37,167 and £48,245
depending upon skills and experience. This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes the average performance bonuses our teams are earning, the reality is that the opportunity is uncapped.
The salaries we are offering are dependant upon experience and accreditation, with our
averages combining basic and bonus below: Franchise Technician - £37,167 Diagnostic Technician - £40,412 Master Technician - £45,861 Dual Brand Master Technician - £48,245 Why Join Howards? With relevant formal qualifications (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent). Excellent Communicator:
Great communication skills to explain technical information accurately and concisely. Customer-Focused:
Prioritise customer experience and safety throughout the service and repair process. Team Player:
Collaborate with other technicians during peak periods and take ownership of safety issues identified in the workshop. MOT Tester - ideal All of our technicians are provided with full manufacturer training and development to further their career.
