Our client, a well-established and reputable independent automotive service provider in Stourbridge, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a stable, well-supported role with no weekend work and competitive earning potential. Benefits: Competitive basic salary up to £42,000, negotiable based on experience Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm; no weekends Standard holiday entitlement plus festive periods off Contributory pension scheme Opportunity to work with full diagnostics and advanced tools in a modern workshop On-site parking and staff discounts on servicing, repairs, and MOTs Ongoing training and development opportunities Friendly, professional team environment with regular team-building events Modern, clean workspace with the latest diagnostic technologyDuties: Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard Confidently handle mechanical tasks such as clutches, cambelts, and more advanced repairs Work independently and efficiently within a busy workshop environment Communicate effectively with team members and customers as required Maintain a safe and professional working environment Keep accurate records of work carried out and comply with health and safety regulationsRequirements: Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance or equivalent (Level 2 considered with substantial experience) Proven experience working as a competent Vehicle Technician Ability to work efficiently without supervision Valid driving licence and own tools Experience or training with premium brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, or Jaguar Land Rover (not essential) MOT licence and EV/hybrid specialist training (not essential) A proactive team player with good communication skillsIf you are a motivated Vehicle Technician seeking a role offering stability, no weekend work, and long-term progression, this vacancy is perfect for you.
