Our client, a distinguished multi-franchise car dealer group operating across South West England, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their premium franchise-approved dealership in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and motivated Vehicle Technicians looking to develop their career within a reputable organisation.
Benefits:
Salary between £32,000 and £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Opportunity to work with some of the best vehicles in the UK marketDuties as a Vehicle Technician:
Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealer standards
Report on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance to the Workshop Controller
Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies and procedures
Maintain high-quality standards in a busy main dealer environment
Adhere to manufacturer and dealer procedures relating to vehicle repairs and servicing
Support team efforts to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service
Assist with diagnostics and some complex repairs, ensuring fault resolution is completed accurately and efficientlyRequirements:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair OR Level 2 qualified with ongoing Level 3 training
Valid UK driving licence
Motivated, committed, and able to produce high-quality work under pressure
A team player with excellent attention to detail
Previous experience working within a main dealer environment is preferred
An active MOT Smart Card would be advantageous but not essential
