Vehicle Technician

Our client, a leading main dealership based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their main dealer workshop. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to work with prestigious vehicle brands in a modern, well-equipped environment. Key Benefits:  Up to £42,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £48,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme and additional company benefits Monday to Friday working hours with Saturdays on a rota Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training Work within a professional environment handling premium vehicle brandsDuties of a Vehicle Technician: Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on all vehicles Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and is completed to first-time quality Support internal departments with vehicle preparation and maintenance tasks as a Vehicle Technician Collaborate with colleagues to improve workshop performance and knowledge sharing Keep abreast of technical developments to enhance service quality Assist with MOT testing and servicing hybrid or VAG vehicles (advantageous but not essential)Requirements of a Vehicle Technician: IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent Proven workshop experience with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence with minimal points Motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to achieving targets Experience in MOT testing, hybrid vehicles, or VAG brands is advantageous but not essentialThis Vehicle Technician role presents a chance to work within a reputable main dealer with excellent career progression opportunities.
