Located less than a quarter-mile from Junction 9 of the M5 and within short walking distance of the Ashchurch for Tewkesbury Railway Station (on the main Bristol-to-Birmingham line), our facility is easily commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, and Tewkesbury.
Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via Teams, followed by a final stage on-site at our Ashchurch facility.
About the Role E-ppl Ltd is recruiting a dedicated team of Vehicle Technicians to deliver a critical fleet maintenance package at our Ashchurch site.
Working as part of an autonomous E-ppl team under an outcomes-based package of work, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.
Key Responsibilities Inspection & Servicing: Carry out diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs on designated vehicle platforms.
Rectification & Prep: Perform follow-on maintenance to ensure safety and full compliance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
Fleet Upgrades: Bring vehicles up to required operational standards.
Quality Assurance: Execute reworks and rectify defects identified during examination stages.
Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies at all times.
Requirements Security Clearance: Must be willing to undergo BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) checks.
E-ppl will fully sponsor and manage this process.
Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (military, commercial, or fleet experience is highly desirable).
Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking.
PPE: Ability to provide your own standard coveralls and safety footwear.
