Financial Package

Salary up to £75,000 DOE, up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus, up to £8,000 Relocation Allowance, Elevate Bonus: 20% of annual salary at month 6 and 10% at month 12, plus benefits.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you will work with the practice team to deliver high‑standard patient and client care across a varied caseload, develop your clinical skills and interests, share knowledge with colleagues, and support the clinical culture of the practice.

Working Pattern

  • Full‑time or part‑time – hours can be discussed to suit commitments
  • No out‑of‑hours or on‑call work
  • Dual‑site role with excellent professional development opportunities

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • Hold a Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
  • Have experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Display professionalism, reliability and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
