Shift Options:

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 | £14.06 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00 | £14.69 per hour
• Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday | 22:00 - 06:00 | £15.71 per hour

VNA Drivers Required - Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a busy logistics and distribution operation based in Burton Latimer, NN15.

This is a great opportunity for qualified VNA Drivers looking for ongoing, full-time work with competitive pay rates, weekly pay and the potential to move into a permanent position.

There are currently opportunities available across morning, afternoon and night shifts, with 2 VNA Drivers required per shift. Successful candidates will complete a site familiarisation before starting.

The Role

As a VNA Driver, you will support the smooth running of warehouse operations by safely operating a Very Narrow Aisle truck, moving stock accurately and assisting with replenishment and put-away duties.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

• Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock to and from racking locations
• Loading, unloading and replenishing warehouse stock
• Picking and putting away products accurately
• Completing daily equipment checks
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid accredited VNA licence, such as RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent
• Have previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment
• Have good attention to detail and accuracy
• Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are happy to complete site familiarisation before starting

Previous experience within logistics, warehousing or distribution would be highly desirable.
