This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential.Duties:

• Deliver high quality learning programmes to include; Employability Skills, Personal and Social Development, Maths and English and a Vocational certificate/ qualification pathway at entry level to level 2 (such as Business Admin; Customer Service; Retail; Hospitality; Health and Social Care; Childcare and more)
• Deliver to small groups of learners onsite.
• Work closely with learners to create and update individual learning plans in line with individual and EHCP targets.
