VOIDS CO-ORDINATOR

Cardiff Council aims to provide a high quality, accessible service. There is currently a vacancy for a Voids Co-ordinator within the Housing and Communities Landlord Services.

About the job

To provide a comprehensive service with a particular emphasis on the service delivery within the Void Management Unit, assisting with the administration and co-ordination of cases whilst meeting high levels of customer service.

What We Are Looking For From You

You will have experience of working within an administration related environment and of using new technology, also a good standard of Data inputting,

Experience of working with customers, contractors and external providers.

You will need to have good communication and customer care skills and will be able to deal with any issues in a positive and constructive manner. You should also have the ability to work as part of a team, and be able to follow complex procedures.
