Voids & Compliance Officer

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Officer on a temporary basis (approx. 3 months) to support repairs and void services, ensuring adherence to health and safety, EESSH and SHQS.

You will manage contractors, deliver planned programmes, and conduct stock condition surveys of void properties in the Highlands. Role requires familiarity with Civica CX, strong administrative skills, and the ability to travel within the Highlands.
