Volume Recruiter - Talent & Experience (12-Month Cover)

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a passionate volume Recruiter to join our Central HR - Talent & Experience team in the UK on a 12-month maternity cover. This office-based, full-time role focuses on delivering a fast and high-quality recruitment experience across the business.

You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to fill roles quickly, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliant, engaging recruitment processes from posting to offer.
