Were looking for organised and approachable Admin Support Volunteers to join our Welfare Services operation at Notting Hill Carnival.
Youll be based primarily within one of our Welfare Hubs, supporting the team with the important administrative tasks that help keep a busy welfare operation running smoothly.
Main duties of the job
The role may include:
- General administration and paperwork
- Supporting welfare attendance and activity records
- Maintaining organised documentation
- Helping with information and message handling
- Supporting basic record keeping
- Assisting the Welfare Hub leadership team
- Helping coordinate information within the hub
- Other general administrative duties as required

Job responsibilities
The role will include:
- Posting regular social media updates throughout the event
- Creating stories, posts and short-form content
- Sharing useful welfare information for Carnival attendees
- Highlighting the work of our welfare teams and volunteers
- Capturing appropriate behind-the-scenes content
- Identifying positive stories from across the operation
- Working alongside our photographers and operational team
