Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £28,152 per annum
Hours: Full-time (40.25 hours per week)
Join our friendly team at Fletcher Way as a Waking Night Worker. Based in a modern, purpose-built supported living service in Hemel Hempstead, you'll support adults with physical and learning disabilities in an environment that empowers people to live as independently as possible.
The Role
Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing
Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity
Offer emotional support and respond to any crises
Administer medication and complete light household tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure
Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needsWorking Pattern:
4 waking night shifts across a two-week rolling rota, working 20:15 to 07:45. The rota includes weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in cover where required.
About You
You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively and empowering people to live fulfilling lives.
Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
