Warehouse Controller

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Controller to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Kettering.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity. The successful candidate will initially be employed through Abstract Recruitment for 13 weeks.

Up to £35,000 per year + £1,116 MHE allowance
Total potential package: up to £36,116 per year

Salary includes the applicable unsocial hours rate.

Sunday night Friday morning
22:00 06:30
8.5-hour shifts including a 30-minute break

As a Warehouse Controller, you will take a key leadership role within the night operation, managing the client relationship and ensuring a high-quality service is consistently delivered. You will lead a team of Shift Coordinators, support their development and ensure teams work safely while achieving operational targets.
