Job Description We are currently hiring for our Prestigious client for Warehouse Operatives roles in Coventry, CV6 4BX Ambient picking only, no chill. What do we offer? Weekly Pay and flexible pay access through Stream Access to Company Shop Membership Fully paid one day course and test to gain Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) license Subsidised food in our local canteen Great work environment with monthly competitions Secure car park and bike storage on-site The contract is an on-going temporary position which may lead to a permanent job for the right candidates.Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative: You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £13.34 to £22.01 per hourWeekdays: £13.34p/h, Weekends: £15.35/h BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £15.35 to £22.01 per hour Night SHIFT RATE: (10pm-6am) from £16.68 to £22.01 per hour Weekdays: £15.35 Weekends £17.36p/h Weekdays: £16.68 Weekends £18.69p/h Your role as a Warehouse Operative: Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided) Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90% Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment Maintain a safe, clean work environment, and adhere to health & safety guideline Picking into cages and pallets Drug and alcohol test will be conducted during the interview stage and every time an incident, near miss or accident happens ctrg limited is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy
