Warehouse Manager

Interim Warehouse Manager Location: Uxbridge Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE Interim role with potential to become permanent We're recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager for a leading food service business in Uxbridge. Food warehouse experience is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven background managing warehouse operations within food service, food distribution or FMCG, who can quickly take control of a busy operation and lead from the front. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams Drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement Ensure food safety, health & safety and compliance standards are met Work closely with transport and operations to deliver excellent service What We're Looking For: Previous Warehouse Management experience in a food warehouse environment (essential) Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of food safety and warehouse compliance A hands-on approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced operation If you have the right food warehouse background and are available for an interim opportunity with long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.
