Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate running of all warehouse operations.

From goods receiving and stock management to order fulfilment and dispatch, you will ensure every process is completed to the highest standard.

Attention to detail is critical in this role, you will be expected to maintain exceptional levels of stock accuracy, ensure compliance with company procedures and guarantee customer orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.

You will also lead and develop a warehouse team, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities - 

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain outstanding attention to detail across all warehouse activities to ensure stock accuracy and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including goods-in procedures, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and stock control.
• Ensure customer orders, including domestic and international shipments, are fulfilled accurately, on time and in line with customer requirements.
• Plan and optimise warehouse resources, staffing, and workflows to maximise productivity and service levels.
