Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager North Yorkshire | £34,000 - £36,000 + Benefits We're recruiting for a growing manufacturing business that's looking for an organised, hands-on leader to take ownership of its warehouse and fulfilment operation. You don't need to be an experienced Warehouse Manager already. If you're currently a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, Fulfilment Supervisor or similar ready to step into your first management position, we'd love to hear from you. You'll inherit a well-established operation, lead a multi-skilled team, and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately on time and to the highest standard. The Role * Leading the day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operation * Managing goods in, picking, packing and dispatch * Supporting and developing a multi-disciplined warehouse team * Monitoring stock accuracy and inventory control * Working closely with Production and Customer Service teams * Improving warehouse processes and efficiencies * Maintaining excellent customer service across multiple client projects * Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety throughout the operation We're looking for someone who... * Has experience in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment enviromment * Has supervised or led people and is ready for greater responsibility * Is highly organised and thrives when juggling multiple priorities * Leads by example and enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation * Communicates well with colleagues across different departments * Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working * Can quickly learn new products and systems * Experience within manufacturing, distribution, fulfilment, retail logistics, e-commerce, or similar environments would all be of interest.
