Warehouse Operative

Job title: Warehouse Operative Location: Shefford Type: Temporary to Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm) Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour   Our highly established client based in Shefford are looking for a Warehouse Operative on a Temporary to Permanent basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with Warehouse and/or Manufacturing experience, along with a Reach Truck license, to hit the ground running and work strongly within their team.   Duties as a Warehouse Operative: - To pick and dispatch customer orders from the warehouse - Processing and checking delivery/order sheets, where strong attention to detail is needed - Follow and adhere to strict Health & Safety regulations - Checking incoming components for quantity and integrity, storing them in their correct locations - Loading and unloading lorries/vans using Forklift Truck - Quality inspection on all finished production readied to be dispatched   What's needed as a Warehouse Operative: - MUST have valid Reach Truck & Counterbalance FLT licenses - Previous experience working within a Warehouse and/or Manufacturing environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads - A team player with a positive attitude - Basic IT skills - Full UK drivers license, as you may be required to travel to their Bedford site - Self motivated and driven   Perks of working on a Temp to Perm basis: - Opportunity to join a well-established company and team - Weekly pay - Tax relief on travel - Rewards & Discounts - 24/7 support   Please apply within
