Warehouse Operative Location: Street, Somerset, BA16 Contract: Full-time Weekly Pay | Full Training | Potential Permanent Opportunities We are currently recruiting for reliable, hardworking and proactive Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse operation in Street, Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for full-time warehouse work, with a range of shifts available and the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful period. Available Shifts Days – Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:00 £12.71 per hour Afternoons – Monday to Friday 15:00 – 23:00 £13.06 per hour Nights – Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 07:00 £13.71 per hour Weekends – Saturday & Sunday 09:00 – 21:00 £13.21 per hour ⭐ Overtime available at 1.5x the standard rate Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently Preparing orders for dispatch Checking products to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards Handling goods safely and responsibly Working to daily targets and deadlines Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy and organised Following company health & safety procedures Working effectively as part of a friendly and supportive team Reporting any issues with stock, products or orders to the appropriate team member ✅ What We’re Looking For You don't necessarily need previous warehouse experience, as full training will be provided.
