Warehouse Operator - Early Shift / Back Shift - Rotational Location: Cumbernauld Pay: £15.25 per hour, with the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates Hours: Monday to Friday - rotational shift pattern: Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Back Shift: 14:00 - 22:00We're hiring Warehouse Operators to join a busy and dynamic team in Cumbernauld, supporting the rework operation. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent work. What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting various stages of the rework and warehouse process. Key responsibilities include: Breaking down packaged goods and repackaging them into different formats and case styles Working to production and output targets Carrying out general production and warehouse tasks Packing and labelling finished pallets Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently Manual handling in a safe and efficient manner Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWhat You'll Get Full-time hours Monday to Friday rotational shift pattern Competitive pay rate of £15.25 per hour Opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates Supportive team environmentWhat We're Looking For Previous warehouse or production experience OR transferable skills from another industry A solid work history from any industry will be considered Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive lifting Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work towards targets and deadlines Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in Able to work effectively as part of a teamApply Today!
