Warehouse Operative

Right Now Group is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, based in Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse team with ongoing temporary work to gain valuable logistics experience. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Loading and unloading deliveries (3kg to 25kg)
• Sorting and organising stock.
• Booking goods in and out using warehouse systems.
• Labelling and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Carrying out quality checks on products.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Key Skills of a Warehouse Operative:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Flexible with duties as required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
