At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance to work with a leading company in the packaging industry in Gosport. This role is essential for receiving, handling, and dispatching goods safely and accurately, ensuring the best use of warehouse management systems to maintain operational efficiency.

Shift patterns:
* 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating shifts weekdays.
* Training days will be 08:00 - 16:00.

Pay rates:
* 15.25 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:
* Experience with Reach and/or Counterbalance FLTs
* A UK driving licence

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance:
* Relevant NVQ qualification
* Qualified to GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English grade C or above
* A current Electrical Ride on Pallet Truck Certificate
* PC literate
* Organised and proactive approach
* Flexible in terms of tasks undertaken
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Capable of building and maintaining good working relationships
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
