Warehouse Operative - £28,100+ (DOE) + Benefits - Hadleigh, Suffolk We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a small, family business where every member of the team plays an important role. This is a varied, hands-on position and would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Receive deliveries, check goods and book stock into the system Put incoming stock away accurately and efficiently Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe Support the wider team with general warehouse duties as required About You Reliable, punctual and hardworking Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment Well organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team Able to work independently and manage changing priorities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Desirable Experience Previous warehouse, stores or shipping experience Full, clean UK driving license Forklift license What's on Offer Salary from £28,100 per annum, negotiable depending on experience Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Profit Sharing Scheme after qualifying period Private Medical Insurance after qualifying period Full training and ongoing support Friendly and supportive working environment Charity Programme If you're looking for a stable, long-term role with a company that values its employees and offers full training and development, then apply today! #SUFFOLKPERM
