Warehouse Operative  Up to £26,000 P/A, depending on experience Horsham  Full time | Permanent | 38 hours per week  Do you have experience working in a warehouse environment?  Are you looking for a role with job security and development opportunities?  Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their preferred recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team. The main purpose of this Warehouse Operative role is to support the Warehouse management team with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse function, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched.  In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 P/A, depending on experience. Company benefits also include: 22 days holiday, rising to 25 days with length of service On-site parking Company pension Early finish Fridays This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.15pm. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include: Inventory control - conducting routine stock checks and ensuring stock is stored accurately  Goods Inwards - receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, labelling and storing stock correctly Picking and Packing - picking customer orders, packaging goods, and preparing goods for dispatch Stock Quality - photographing stock and reporting any quality concerns or stock issues  The ideal candidate: Must have some experience working in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment.  Will need a good understanding of inventory/stock control processes.  Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.  Will have good organisation and time management skills.
