At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Shift Patterns:
* Sunday - Saturday: 14:00 till 22:00 (Flexibility required)

Pay Rates:
* 12.91 GBP hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions respectfully
* Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
* Basic English and Math level
* Available 40 hours a week
* Not on a student Visa

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Good record of attendance in previous roles
* Experience working to targets and attention to detail
* Familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures
* Manual handling experience
* Team player with good communication, punctuality, and a proactive, adaptable attitude
