Warehouse Operative (Permanent) Location: Portishead (BS20) Salary: £27,000 (£12.98 p/h) or £28,000 (£13.46 p/h) Hours: 40 hours per week Mon-Thu: 8:00am-5:30pm Fri: 8:00am-2:30pm Breaks: 1 hour Mon-Thu, 30 mins Fri Parking: Free onsite parking + secure bike storage We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established business specialising in golf equipment, personalised products, embroidery, engraving and heat‑seal applications. This permanent role offers excellent variety, with full cross‑training provided across multiple departments including picking, packing, embroidery, engraving, heat‑seal and print. This is a long‑term opportunity offering stability, skill development and progression. Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative Picking, packing and preparing orders using handheld scanners and wheeled trolleys Supporting the embroidery department with personalisation of accessories Assisting with engraving tasks, including bottles and personalised items Heat‑sealing badges and logos onto products Working within the print department to support product finishing Loading, unloading and general warehouse duties Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment Coordinating effectively with a small, friendly team Skills & Experience of a Warehouse Operative Previous warehouse experience preferred (picking, packing, scanning, stock control) Ability to perform medium lifting and follow manual handling guidelines Good communication skills and team coordination Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Reliable, punctual and proactive Benefits of a of a Warehouse Operative Permanent role with long‑term stability £27k-£28k salary depending on experience 40 paid hours per week Free onsite parking Secure indoor bike storage Tea & coffee provided in the canteen Full cross‑training across embroidery, engraving, print and warehouse operations Clean, safe working environment Interested?
