Warehouse Operative - PPT Experience

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client Avonmouth long-term.

The rate of pay is:
- Weekday £14.24 per hour
- Week Night £16.85 per hour
- Weekend Day £15.65 per hour
- Weekend Night £18.26 per hour

This is a full-time role offering various shifts on days and nights.

Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

- Directing and coordinating the Yard Team to ensure day-to-day work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Managing the storage of vehicles in line with the Customer's quality Requirements and to maximise land usage.
- Maintaining effective communication
- Responsible for Accident and damage investigations and onward reporting.
- Assisting in managing suppliers, their staff, and performance.
- Assisting in maintaining and developing resources, whether this is labour, buildings, or IT Equipment.
- Being active and responsible for HR Issues e.g., Disciplines, Training, Staff Development, and recruitment.
