Warehouse Operative 📍 Location: Worcester 💷 Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 📅 Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operation based in Worcester. This is a 6-month fixed-term position and previous warehouse experience is essential. The successful candidate will be confident working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, carrying out picking and packing duties, stock control and general warehouse tasks. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods Carrying out stock control and stock checks Preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries where required Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely Maintaining accurate stock and warehouse records Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised Following all health and safety procedures Supporting other warehouse duties as requiredRequirements Previous Warehouse Operative experience is mandatory Previous experience with picking and packing Good understanding of stock control procedures Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable with manual handling and physical warehouse duties VNA/Counterbalance Forklift experience/licence would be advantageousWhat’s on Offer £13.25 per hour Monday to Friday working hours 08:30–17:00 shift 6-month fixed-term contract Full-time hours Opportunity to join an established warehouse teamIf you are an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a full-time position in Worcester, apply today
