Warehouse Operative - Seafast

As a Warehouse Operative at Seafast you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, directly contributing to the efficient movement and handling of goods. Your accurate completion of tasks, adherence to safety regulations, and commitment to quality will ensure that Seafast meets its operational KPIs and supports the overall objectives of the site and the wider group.

Shift Pattern:

Hours are 07:00-19:00, working 7x days over a 2x week shift pattern

Week 1 working days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2 working days: Wednesday, Thursday

Key Duties:

• Accurately pick orders and conduct stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Prepare products for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labelling, and verify load accuracy
• Complete warehouse documentation and report any discrepancies or damages
• Safely operate mechanical lifting equipment with proper training and licensing
• Adhere to safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report safety hazards
• Report all incidents, near misses, and security breaches promptly
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including attendance and hygiene standards
• Complete assigned tasks and ensure timely handover of documentation
