Our client is seeking a *** Warehouse Operative *** to join their growing operations team based in Silverstone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and teamwork. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently while helping to maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse. Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities: * Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Prepare orders for dispatch in line with required deadlines. * Load and unload deliveries. * Receive, inspect and store incoming stock and customer returns. * Carry out stock counts and support inventory management activities. * Label and package products to a consistently high standard. * Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment. * Organise and move stock throughout the warehouse as required. * Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods or other issues to management. * Support the wider operations team during busy periods. * Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies Warehouse Operative - Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: * Previous warehouse experience. * Forklift Truck (FLT) experience (ideally counterbalance and stacker). * Excellent attention to detail. * Good organisational skills. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A reliable, punctual and hard-working approach. * The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills. * A good level of computer ability is required to use bespoke systems, the use of MS Office would be advantageous.
