Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer Trafford Park, Manchester Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks  Meridian Business Support is recruiting in Trafford Park for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to secure a role that offers a supportive working environment and opportunities for progression. Key Responsibilities Receiving incoming stock, deliveries and warehouse consumables Ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch Coordinating the collection of orders with courier partners Packaging products to a consistently high standard to prevent damage during transit Monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and consumables Escalating low stock levels when critical volumes are reached Reporting and escalating warehouse system issues promptly What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, picking, packing, dispatch or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time-management skills A proactive and reliable approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity What's on Offer? ✅ £12.71 per hour ✅ Increased rate of £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks ✅ Monday to Friday working hours ✅ No weekend working ✅ Weekly pay ✅ Friendly and supportive team environment If you're an experienced Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Dispatch Operative, Goods In Operative, Logistics Operative or Warehouse Assistant, we'd love to hear from you.
